About Olivia
Olivia graduated from Swansea University in July 2020 with a First-Class Bachelor of Laws, receiving the highest mark in her year group. Olivia later graduated from Swansea University in July 2021 with a Distinction in both the Legal Practice Course and the Master of Laws in Advanced Legal Drafting, again receiving the highest marks in her year group for both components.
Olivia undertook her training at Morgan LaRoche having gained experience in the Business Services, Litigation and Commercial Property departments, before qualifying as a Solicitor into the Commercial Property team in September 2023.
Olivia has gained experience advising clients on a wide variety of residential and commercial property matters, and has assisted on a wide range of transactions including investments, sales, acquisitions and leases.
