About Nick
Nick joined Morgan LaRoche in 2013 after completing the Legal Practice Course in Cardiff University. Nick qualified into the Property Team and has experience in a wide range of commercial property transactions advising investors in relation acquisitions, disposals and property finance and acting for landlords and tenants in connection with commercial leases. Nick also works closely with our Corporate Team providing advice on property aspects of corporate acquisitions and disposals. Nick has a particular interest in property development and acts for a number of developers in connection with both residential and commercial developments throughout England and Wales.
