About Lizzie
Lizzie undertook her training at Morgan LaRoche having gained experience in the Litigation and Business Services departments before qualifying as a Solicitor into the Employment Team in September 2024.
Lizzie has gained experience advising clients on employment related issues such as:
- Disciplinary and grievance;
- Employment disputes and litigation;
- Discrimination, bullying and harassment;
- Unfair dismissal, whistleblowing and breach of contract;
- Settlement Agreements;
- Sickness absence and incapability;
- Maternity and other family friendly rights;

- Recruitment and selection.
Lizzie also reviews and drafts various Contracts of Employment, Employment Policies and Staff Handbooks.
