David is a Director in the firm’s Commercial Property Team and is recognised as a leading individual in the Legal 500.
David’s practice focuses on investment and development covering a range of sectors including retail industrial, logistics, care and energy. David acts for logistics companies, property investors and care home operators throughout England and Wales.
Recent examples of David’s work include:
- Leading the MLR team advising Hallmark Luxury Care Homes on its acquisition of Penylan House Care Home, a 75 bed care home in Cardiff, as a going concern
- Advising Culina Group on the property aspects of the pan-European acquisition of Stobarts Group.
- Advising Greenberry Capital on the sale of a predominantly West London based open storage portfolio to Modal Asset Management (David also acted on the acquisition of all the properties that were sold).
- Advising Mon Motors on the acquisition and funding of a new build Volvo dealership in Cardiff Gate Business Park and the acquisition and funding of its Audi dealership in the same business park.
- Acting on behalf of AMP Clean Energy in connection with the leasehold acquisition of land across England for the development of grid balancing power stations.
