About Cari
Cari undertook her training at Morgan LaRoche having gained experience in the Corporate and Commercial team, Employment team, Commercial Property team and Commercial Litigation team before qualifying as a Solicitor into the Corporate and Commercial team in September 2024.
Cari has gained experience advising clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, and has assisted on a wide range of transactions including Corporate Transactions / Mergers and Acquisitions, Shareholder Agreements, Company formations and Reorganisations.
Cari is a fluent Welsh speaker and is able to advise clients in both Welsh and English.
