About Robert
Robert joined Morgan LaRoche in April 2017. He specialises in the representation of individual and commercial clients, both national and international, in a diverse range of complex and high-value litigious disputes. Robert’s growing practice includes:
- claims involving company directors, shareholders and partners;
- contract disputes;
- corporate and personal insolvency matters;
- inheritance/estate disputes; and
- professional negligence claims.
Robert is experienced in many forms of dispute resolution, including High Court/County Court proceedings and mediation, and was recognised as a ‘Rising Star’ by the world’s leading legal directory, The Legal 500, in 2022.
